Derived from the Gaelic surname "Ó Foghladha," meaning "plunderer" or "pirate," the Foley name is synonymous with the nobility of ancient Ireland. Our beloved grandmother, Helena Foley Moses, known affectionately as "Gabby," carried this proud name, bringing with her the Irish gift of gab—a trait celebrated in every bottle we craft.
